This was an end-to-end event for Clockwork. First planning meeting to final teardown. Everything in between.

The Challenge

The venue presented challenges — the kind we’ve learned to anticipate after years of corporate event production. Certain areas needed hiding. The space was large (too large for standard audio coverage), which meant we had to map speaker placement carefully to avoid dead zones.

And then there’s brand. KPMG’s standards are precise. The blue had to be exactly right. Signage placement had to be intentional. Every visual element reinforcing who they are.

Our Solution

Clockwork supplied, installed, and managed all production elements:

Venue Transformation

Professional draping to section off unused areas, creating a clean environment for attendees. This isn’t just aesthetic — it directs attention where it needs to be. Eliminates distractions.

Audio Systems

High-end, discreet speakers positioned throughout the venue. Clear coverage, no dead spots, nobody overwhelmed in the front row.

LED Wall

State-of-the-art LED spanning the full width of the stage. Floor to ceiling. For events at this level, the screen isn’t a backdrop — it’s the centrepiece.

Lighting Design

Blue lighting throughout the space. Not overpowering, but present everywhere you look. KPMG blue from the moment attendees walked in.

Brand Visibility

Hanging banners positioned based on sight-lines and foot traffic. More subtle vinyl signage throughout for consistent brand presence without the visual clutter.

Video Production

Full capture and editing, handled in-house by Clockwork. Shot on-site, edited by our team, delivered ready to use.
