About the Event

The Cork ARC Ball is one of Cork's standout charity events, raising vital funds for Cork ARC — an organisation dedicated to supporting people and their families affected by cancer. Clockwork was proud to supply full audio, lighting, video, and staging production for the evening.

What We Delivered

Lighting

Purple lighting was designed and installed throughout the venue, setting a cohesive atmosphere that carried across the full room. The colour choice complemented the event branding and gave the space a refined, immersive feel.

Audio

Discreet pointsource speakers were strategically placed around the room to ensure even audio coverage for every guest. The goal was full-room clarity without visible clutter — clean sound that didn't distract from the evening.

Video & Visual Content

We supplemented the venue's existing projector with additional screens to ensure strong sightlines from every table. All visual content was managed live by our team throughout the night, including rolling sponsor reels, informational slides, and real-time live auction graphics.

Staging

Full staging was provided to give the event a polished, professional platform for speeches, presentations, and the auction.

Behind the Scenes

Events like these require tight coordination between the production team and the event organisers. From load-in to the final wrap, every element — audio levels, lighting cues, sponsor content transitions, and live auction visuals — was managed on-site by the Clockwork crew.
